We require suitable qualified candidates to fill the positions below:
Position: HAVC Engineers
Requirement:
HVAC engineers with significant experience in the design and testing of air conditioning, ventilation and heating equipment. Expertise and ability to test for load and energy consumption, perform mechanical calculations and develop requirements.
Position: Piping- Builder
Requirement:
- Ability to design piping layout of multistoried buildings, offices, and hospitals. Supervise plumbers and technicians during the installation of building pipes and fixtures
- Conversant with engineering design office practices and procedures; have a working knowledge of CAD and preferable PDMS
- Ensure that all produced documents and drawings are in accordance with project procedures
Position: Construction Manager
Requirement:
- Schedule projects in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers to construction sites.
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
- Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, workers, and clients, representing the owner or developer.
- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Obtain all necessary permits and licenses
- Direct and supervise workers.
- Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods
- Select, contract, and oversee workers who complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or plumbing.
Experience ranging from 5 years and above.
