A Marketing and Logistic Outfit in Lagos seeks talented, self-motivated and experienced professionals to fill the following vacant positions:
Position: Pharmacist
Reporting to: The Manager
Basic Qualification: A degree course in Pharmacy
One year practical training; registered with Pharmacist Council of Nigeria; interested in making career in community pharmacy chain
Position: Commercial Manager
Reporting to: The Managing Director
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising sales & marketing activities
- Resolving contractual and commercial problems
- Offering direction and instruction
- Reviewing, scrutinizing, and developing operational process flows
- Ensuring that the financial aspects and impact of a contract are clear to all parties
- Risk assessment and credit rating
- Managing daily operations among others
Skills:
- Superior management and organisational skills
- Good negotiating skills
- Prior industry experience
- Capacity to be influential and amenable
- Solid industry networks
- Decisiveness and mercantile shrewdness
- Solid problem solving, decision making and analytical capabilities among others
- Technical knowledge of import and distribution channels is added advantage
- Basic Qualification: First degree in any of the core sciences, commercial or business related course. MBA is an added advantage
- Minimum of 8 years experience, with at least 5 years of which must be on a managerial position in a similar role
