Vacancies: Carpenters, Plumbers, Air conditioner Technicians
A Property Development Company based in Lagos has employment vacancies for the following positions on the Island:
Position: Carpenters
Requirement
- Candidates must possess a degree from an accredited Trade/Technical School.
- They must skilled carpenters with the ability to fabricate and install furniture.
- Candidates must also be proficient in installation of laminate and hardwood floors, Proficiency in plasterboard installation and painting will be on advantage.
Position: Plumbers (PLM)
Requirement
- Candidates must be skilled plumbers with relevant technical degrees and at least 5 years experience in the Building Maintenance and Construction industry.
- Candidates must be proficient in the installation of sanitary ware.
Position: Air conditioner Technicians (ACI)
Requirement
- Candidates must possess relevant degree from an accredited Trade/Technical School and at least 5 years’ experience in the Building Maintenance and Construction Industry. They must be skilled technicians with proficiency in installing and maintaining air conditioning systems, refrigerators, microwave ovens, washing machines and other home appliances.
