The candidate must demonstrate:

The candidate must also be a team player, change agent and must be willing to travel at short notice.
Qualification:
- Candidates must have B.Sc/BA (minimum 2nd Class Lower), HND (Upper Credit) in Humanities, Social Sciences; 2nd degree is an added advantage.
- Not more than 40 years
- Membership of relevant professional training bodies.
