Position: Recruitment /Sales Trainees
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the sourcing and delivery candidates, predominantly in Upstream Oil & Gas, ranging from geosciences, drilling, engineering, construction and also operation & maintenance roles.
- Utilize networking, database searching and advertisements to attract qualified candidates to WTS:
- Reviewing/assessing applications and short-list candidates for interview and submission
- Actively enhance customer relationships and seek new ways to get leads and convert leads into sales.
- Achieving sales target and increasing revenue and profitability from existing customers.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of sales opportunities, sales activities and revenues
- Meeting with key clients at all levels, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
Requirement:
- First Degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering (Second Class Upper Division)
- A Masters Degree is advantageous.
- Candidates must not be more than 25 years of age.
- Recruitment and Sates experience with knowledge of Oil & Gas Industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and computer skills.
- Self driven, dedicated, resourceful, flexible and pro-active.
- A real flair for business development
