Vacancies: Finance Manager, Heads of Station/Managers, Sales Executives

 

We are a Leading Courier Company with head office in Lagos and branches across Nigeria. We are expanding our regional operations and therefore seek to recruit qualified candidates to fill the following vacant positions:

 

 

Position: Finance Manager – FM 001 (Lagos)

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain adequate records and monitor all Accounts Receivables.
  • Provide up to date information on Accounts Receivables,
  • Advice and make recommendation on risky receivables.
  • Budget monitoring and implementation,
  • Review budget performance, variance calculation and interpret implications.
  • Liaise with external creditors
  • Prepare reports on Receivables and Budget
  • Close supervision of EDP unit and liaising with Systems Administrator.
  • Ensure timely generation  and  distribution  of monthly invoices.
  • Ensure regular receivables reconciliation.

 

 

Qualification & Experience

  • B.Sc/HND in Accounting or its equivalent.
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA) required
  • Any Post-graduate qualification is a plus
  • Minimum of five years post ACA qualification experience in similar position.
  • Knowledge of SAGE Pastel Accounting Package.

 

 

Position: Heads of Station/Managers – HOS 002

 

Locations: Abuja, Aba, Benin, Enugu, Ibadan, Ilorin, Kaduna, Kano, Port Harcourt, Otta, Owerri

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Development of clientele base for the organization
  • Management of existing clientele base
  • Develop sales strategies, and oversee sales activities to achieve set targets
  • Establish and maintain excellent communications with clients, airlines, airport officials/vendors as well as the company’s foreign business partners.
  • Develop policies and procedures that will improve efficiency, cost-control and productivity.
  • Select, direct, train, develop, discipline and evaluate station staff.
  • Responsible for the overall management of sales customer service, finance and administration of the station.

 

 

Qualification & Experience

  • B.SC/HND in Business Administration/Marketing or its equivalent
  • Knowledge of Marketing
  • Desirable management training certification
  • 3 years or more demonstrable experience in a similar position.

 

 

Position: Sales Executives (Abuja) – SAEX 003

 

Reports to: Station Head/Business Manager

 

Qualification & Experience

  • B.SC/HND in any of the humanities
  • Professional exposure in related field
  • Minimum of 2 years or more demonstrable experience in a similar position.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Development of clientele base for the organization
  • Management of existing clientele base
  • Develop new ideas for the Business Development group
  • Develop policies and procedures that will improve efficiency, cost-control and productivity.
