The Jigawa State Government has approved the establishment of Jigawa State College of Remedial and Advanced Studies, Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State. Full academic activities would commence in September 2012.

Requirement:

• A holder of good honours degree in relevant field from recognized institutions
• Plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
• Evidence of computer literacy will be an advantage.

Position: College Librarian

 

Requirement:

• A holder of PhD in relevant field from recognized institutions with at least 12 years cognate experience in running higher institution library or Master degree in relevant field from recognized institutions with 15 years cognate experience in running higher institution library and proven ability for research work. Membership of professional body is mandatory.

NOTE:

Preferential consideration will be given to candidates having 1^st or 2^nd class upper division degree in the appointment of all categories of academic staff. Candidates with grades of lower than 2^nd class lower division need not to apply.
