The Jigawa State Government has approved the establishment of Jigawa State College of Remedial and Advanced Studies, Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State. Full academic activities would commence in September 2012.

Applications are hereby invited from suitable and qualified members of public for the following academic and non-academic staff vacancies available in the newly established Jigawa State College of Remedial and Advanced Studies (JICORAS) Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State.

Non – Academic Staff

Position: Accountant I

Requirement:

• A holder of good B.Sc in Accountancy or Finance from recognized institutions with 3 years cognate experience preferably in a tertiary educational institution.
• Evidence of computer literacy will be added advantage.

Bursary Department

CONTEDISS: 07

Position: Accountant II

Requirement:

• A holder of good B.Sc in Accountancy or Finance from recognized institutions plus NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
• Evidence of computer literacy will be added advantage.

Method of Application:

Interested candidates shall obtain application form from the Secretary Implementation Committee, Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Dutse Jigawa State, fill and submit along with Curriculum Vitae and photocopies of relevant credentials to same address not later than 20^th August, 2012

Candidate should indicate the post applied for on the top hand corner of the sealed envelope before submission.

NOTE:

Preferential consideration will be given to candidates having 1^st or 2^nd class upper division degree in the appointment of all categories of academic staff. Candidates with grades of lower than 2^nd class lower division need not to apply.
