Position:  Advertising Sales Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Selling bespoke Electronic Voucher advertising space to Large Corporate Accounts, Advertising Agencies and Media Agencies.
  • Find out who controls the Advertising Budget in target organizations and Contact them.
  • Explain the Benefits of the medium, using statistics on readership.
  • Partner with Creative Teams in the development of Messages. Campaigns and Specifications to maximize effectiveness,
  • Price Negotiations, Closing deals and Recording details.
  • Payment collection.

 

 

Requirements:

  • 3 Years proven track record in Advertising, Marketing or Media sales.
  • Grasp Customers marketing strategies quickly.
  • Ability to sell New Concepts and add value to the proposition.
  • A Consultative Sales Approach and an Ability to Develop long term business relationships.
  • Creative, Problem Solving, Idea Generating skills.
  • Excellent Objections Handling, Negotiation, Persuasive and Closing skills.
  • Good Telephone, Communication and Presentation skills.
  • Be good with numbers.
  • Degree/Diploma in Commerce, Marketing or Business Administration.

Position:   Marketing Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Translate business strategies into effective Marketing Programs and smart Budgets.
  • Equip the sales force with Tools and Presentations that assist in recruiting Dealers, Merchants, Corporate Accounts and Advertising Partners.
  • Manage the Service Portfolio and Identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage Partnerships with Service Providers including Mobile Operators, Banks, Utility Companies, Web Stores etc. and incorporate Payment for their products and services in the Company’s portfolio.
  • Productize and Implement the Company’s current and new Services.
  • Conduct Research on Competition, Market Size/Performance/Shares and Channel/User Experience.
  • Develop and Execute Dealer Recruitment Campaigns and End User Educational Campaigns.
  • Design Starter Kits for new Channel Partners.
  • Branding and Merchandising of Dealer Channel
  • Coordinate the development of the Company’s website and Content Management.

 

 

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years experience in a Product Management / Marketing role at a reputable company, preferably in the finance or consumer services industries.
  • Strategic, Conceptual and Creative thinker with a high Business Acumen
  • Excellent understanding on Channel Needs.
  • Strong Project Management Skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
  • This role involves significant interaction with Sales, IT/Technical, Finance, Legal and a variety of external Partners.
  • Experience with various business disciplines is required.
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business
