Position: Customer Care
Requirements:
- Experience -1-2 years
- Skills – Excellent communication skills with basic computer knowledge, experience in telecom domain call centre and customer call handling.
- Qualification – Any graduate degree.
- Support Tasks – Provide the full support on phone, distinguish the customer complains & send it to technical team.
- Maintain the record of call types.
- Ready to work in shifts.

Position: Network Administrator
Requirements:
- Experience – 4-5 years
- Server 2008 administration and management.(Installation, configuration and management)
- Managing Connectivity via direct connection and VPN (Virtual Private Network)
- Setting up Wired/Wireless Network using Cisco Switches and Routers
- Monitoring of Network performance using sniffing tools
- Internet Service administration,
- Network administration and management
- Administration/operations support
