Position: Account Manager

Qualification
- University graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Physics or any other numerical Sciences from reputed institutes.
- MBA degree will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years with relevant experience in enterprise sales/ business development with a Telecom/ IT Company
Responsibilities
- Responsible for creation, implementation and execution of sales plan for the target segment.
- Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to penetrate new markets,
- Generate and maintain a credible forecast for accounts and territories and provide this information on a regular basis to Senior Management.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports. o Create and conduct proposal presentations
- and RFP responses, o Serve as the primary customer contact for technical and business issues for the assigned accounts and segments.
- Work with Sales Support Engineers on all technical issues.
Position: Business Solutions Engineer

Qualification
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from a reputed Engineering institute.
- M.Tech/M.Sc degree will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of technologies such as VPN. IPLC, MPLS, WiFi, PRI etc.
- Sound knowledge of fiber, DWDM, PDH & SDH transmission.
- Cisco certification
- (CCNA,CCNP,CCVP,CCIE) will be an added advantage.
- Analytical skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in solutions architecture design with a leading telco/ISP.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical architecture analysis and design to meet customers’ specific requirements.
- Responsible for making technical presentations to customer during the pre-sales stage.
- Provide help to sales teams in terms of proposing precise technical and commercially viable solution to customers.
- Assist in the bid process for new businesses.
- Maintain expertise by keeping abreast with latest technology trends and developments in the industry.
