Position: Customer Network Care Engineer /Senior Engineer

Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science from reputed Universities.
- M.Tech/ M.Sc degree will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of technologies such as VPN. IPLC, MPLS. WiR. PR! etc.
- Sound knowledge of fiber, DWDM. PDH & SDH transmission.
- Cisco certifications (CCNA.CCNP.CCVP, CCIE) will be an added advantage
- Analytical skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Experience
- Must have 5-15 years of experience in providing enterprise customer managed network and security services (managed IP, router, firewall, etc)

- Pro-active network monitoring
- Network administration & change management
- Incident and problem management
- Requirement analysis
- Systems integration
- Redundancy planning
- Detailed network statistics
- Network roll out & Project management
Position: Installation Engineer
REF: IEBS
Qualification
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science from reputed Universities,
- PMP certification (desirable).
- Project Management skills.
- Knowledge of fiber connectivity and deployment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience
- Responsible for end to end execution of projects from initiation to closure.
- Responsible for operating within the time lines, scope, budget and maintaining the quality of execution.
- Follow up with customers.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders.
- integration of links and intimation to customers.
