Our Client is one of the leading Engineering and Construction Companies in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Servicing Industry based in Warri, Delta State. Owing to expansion, our client seeks the best fit for its dynamic operations.
Positions:
D. QA/QC Manager (QACM02)
E. QA/QC Supervisor (QACS03)
F. QA/QC Engineers (QACE04)
Qualifications
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field, building and other related field.
- Post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience/Requirement
- Minimum of 8 years cognate experience for Managers,
- 5 years for Supervisor
- And 3 years for the engineers
- Knowledge of Quality Control/Assurance in Construction and Engineering in a similar industry
Responsibilities
- Perform independent quality checks, Inspections and Reviews of activities performed by Operations Department.
- Research and facilitate the implementation of a total quality assurance tool/ methodology to ensure adherence to relevant international standards and guiding policies and procedures.
Position: Procurement Officer (PO03)
Qualifications:
- First degree or its equivalent in a Business related discipline (e.g. Business Administration).
- Professional qualification (CIPS, CIPN), will be an added advantage
Experience/Requirement
- Minimum of 3 years cognate experience
- Knowledge of culture and practices in Niger Delta Area an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Monitor and supervise purchase of materials to ensure they are of right quality and meet IDMON’s specifications.
- Review invoice for capital expenditures to confirm receipt of goods and endorse prior to submission to the finance department.
- Identify suppliers/ vendors and develop and maintain lasting relationships/ strategic alliances to facilitate product sourcing and procurement.
Position: Head, Corporate Services (HCS01)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline, preferably Social Sciences or Administration.
- Post graduate qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration is compulsory.
Experience/Requirement
- Minimum of 7 years cognate experience of which at least three (3) must have been at a Supervisory/ Managerial level.
- Membership of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Define people management and human resource development strategies.
- Champion the formulation and effective implementation of recruitment strategies and plans to identify, select, hire and retain the best talent.
- Articulate and develop HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance by staff
