Position: Senior Architect
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Design a blue print of in-door and out-door of a building and keeping in mind its utility.
- Design architecture for many types of buildings including exciting 3 Ds.
- Produce all necessary detailed construction drawings.
- Plan for tree plantations and choice of landscaping.
- Select the color and shape of sidewalk tiles and lampshades.
- Use CADD or computer aided design and drafting for this purpose. CADD helps in simplifying visualization for architect as well as client
Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree/MSc.
- Minimum of 10years relevant experience.
- Must be registered with NIA or ARCON.
- Must be proficient in the use of AutoCAB.
- Should have site supervision experience.
- Must be articulate and skilled in presentation and project management.
