Position: Solar Energy Engineer
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities:
- Design, configuration and installation.
- Develop design specifications and functional requirements for residential, commercial or industrial solar energy systems or components.
- Recommend energy-efficient design solution and energy-efficient technology upgrades including accurate descriptions, saving potential, cost estimates and back up data to verify ECMs
- Design or coordinate design of photovoltaic (PV) or solar thermal systems, including system components, for residential and commercial buildings.
- Create electrical single-line diagram, panel schedules or connection diagrams for solar electric systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Candidates must have HND, B.SC, HND in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Upward of three years working experience
- Ability to participate in and contribute towards technical discussion or issues
- Must be innovative, result-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently or in team
