Position: Senior Technical Officer. Monitoring & Evaluation

Location: Bauchi
- Senior Technical Officer, Monitoring & Evaluation under the supervision of the Zonal Manager, and with technical oversight from the Director of Monitoring and Evaluation, is responsible for the design and implementation of monitoring and evaluation for the zonal office. S/he will work with others in the zonal office and local implementing partners to ensure that zonal monitoring and evaluation activities are appropriate and meet the donor and project’s M&E needs
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
- MBBS with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in project-level or state/national-level M&E system implementation for Global Health Initiatives.
- MPH or M.Sc. in relevant degree with 5 to 7 years relevant experience in project-level or State/national-level M&E system implementation for Global Health Initiatives.
- B.Sc in statistics, pharmacy, microbiology. M&E or other related degree with 7 to 9 years relevant experience in project-level or state/national-level M&E system implementation for Global Health Initiatives.
- Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs is highly desirable.
Position: Technical Officer Laboratory Services

Location: Bauchi
- The Technical Officer laboratory Services liaises with the Senior Technical Officer to provide technical support and implement high quality laboratory services for FHI 360 Nigeria programs.
Minimum Recruitment Standards:
- B.Sc in Laboratory sciences or related field with 5-7 years post NYSC experience and a minimum of 3 yearsexperience in provision of laboratory support for HIV/AIDS.
- Or Master degree in Laboratory sciences or related field with 3-5 years post NYSC experience and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in prevision of laboratory support for HIV/AIDS.
- Knowledge of advanced laboratory procedures, diagnosis and management related to HIV/AIDS care and treatment is required with some experience in an international development area preferred.
- Certification of license to practice as a medical laboratory scientist is required
- Experience in Laboratory TB services is an advantage
- Familiarity with Nigerian public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs highly desirable.
