Our client is a leading player in the market for laboratory / medical products and hospital equipment with footprints in major city centers of the country. As a result of a major strategic restructuring initiative designed to drive business growth, the company urgently requires the services of aggressive, self motivated, and target driven sales professionals to fill the following vacancies:

 

Position: Sales Manager

 

Requirements:

The Sales Manager will be required to:

  • Provide leadership for the team of restive and highly mobile Sales Executives deployed to the major government and business centres of the country.
  • He should be highly focused, be prepared to walk the tight rope when necessary
  • And in a hurry to make the mark in the market.
  • The successful candidate will be based in Lagos
  • And will report to the MO / CEO.

 

Qualifications / Experience / Competencies:

  • A good Bachelor’s Degree in the Physical, Natural and Biological Sciences
  • Minimum of three years cognate experience in Management of sales of hospital equipments, medical and laboratory products.
  • Excellent communications / presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreunial skills
  • Good leadership and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of achievement in previous supervisory management positions
  • Sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.

 

Position: Senior Sales Executives / Sales Executives

 

Requirements:

The Sales Executives will take the responsibility of:

  • Driving the sales of the company’s products in the sales territories where they will be deployed.
  • The successful candidates will report to the Sales Manager
  • And will be based in Lagos, Abuja and Aba.
  • They would be required and empowered to perform as business territory managers and work with minimum supervision.

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • A good bachelor’s degree in the Natural, Physical and Biological Sciences.
  • A minimum of one year cognate selling experience
  • Good turnout
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Courage demonstrated by ability to face squarely the challenges of establishing the company’s products in a fiercely competitive market.
