Position: Head Finance and Account

Reporting to: Financial Controller

The Head Finance and Account is a strategic partner in running the business and plays a crucial role in providing central financial direction to the business unit. The Head Finance and Account will oversee all financial functions, including the development of financial policies, business strategies, top management financial reports, studies, forecasts and strategic business evaluations, in line with best practice and international accounting standards, in order to meet the business objectives. The Head Finance and Account will also provide sound evaluation and business reports on all matters having financial implications, including new business proposals and ventures.

Required Qualifications

• Experience (8 years and above) in a senior financial-management role.
• Candidates must have B.Sc in economics, finance, or accounting, is required.
• Must be a chartered Accountant (ACCA or ACA).
• An MBA or equivalent postgraduate management degree will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.

Age: 32 – 40 years old.

Position: Business Accountant

Reporting to: Head Finance & Account

The Business Accountant will maintain and update company’s records and books, Supervising accounting staff, Analyze the financial statements for financial performance indicators and trends, Implementing and monitoring financial systems and controls, Direct the preparation of the company’s budget and forecasts; prepare necessary supporting documentation and justifications.

Required Qualifications:

• Must have minimum of six years cognate experience from working in a reputable firm.
• Candidates must possess B.Sc in Economics, finance, or accounting, is required.
• Must be a chartered Accountant (ACCA or ACA).
• An MBA or equivalent postgraduate management degree will be an added advantage.
