Position: State Team Leader
Location: Adamawa State
Responsibilities:
- The objective of the State Team Leader position is to provide overall leadership and management of the MSH Pro-ACT project in the State and related states/areas in a manner that strengthens partnerships with the state government and other partners, and leads to sustainable HIV/AIDS prevention and control efforts.
- Lead the development of an integrated Pro-ACT project plan for the State in collaboration with the Project Director, Director Health Systems Strengthening, Associate Directors, Advisors and State Specialists.
- Operationalize Pro-ACT project plan in the State ensuring efficient coordination of resources to maximize integration and synergy of program areas.
- Provides clear documentation of programmatic achievements as well as required data and keeps MSH senior management informed of state activities on monthly, quarterly and annual basis and take responsibility for management of the state Pro-ACT project budget and all other resources under the direction of Director, Country Office Management Unit (COMU).

Position: Senior Technical Officer (TB Care I)
Location: Abuja
Responsibilities:
- The Senior Technical Officer will provide technical assistance in collaboration with MSH TB Project Director MSH TB Regional Advisor for Africa.
- MSH-TB CARE I Technical Advisor for Nigeria, TB CARE I lead in Nigeria, National TB and Leprosy Control programme (NTBLCP) of Nigeria and other stakeholders in accordance with the national TB policy guidelines and International Standards of TB Care.
- S/he will report to MSH-TB Care I Technical Advisor. Implement all MSH/TB Care I activities in consistent with TB Care I Nigeria plan, NTBLCP strategic plan and MSH quality standard under the supervision of MSH TB Technical Advisor for Nigeria in collaboration with Nigeria TB Care, I Country lead.
- Provide support to NTBLCP in improving TB case detection, program management, information management for the programmatic management of Drug-resistant TB and strengthen supervision including monitoring and evaluation.
