Vacancies: Pa Admin/Secretary, Accountant
Applications are invited from qualified and suitable persons who are interested to work in a Multi-Facet Company based in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt, looking to appoint the following:
Position: Pa Admin/Secretary
Job Schedules: (Abuja)
- Managing the Chairman’s diary, appointments, vacations and general travel
- Organizing meeting logistics, taking notes and minutes, letters and proposals
- Preparing data base for business contacts
- Managing all correspondences to and from chairman
- Handling telephone calls
- Taking notes and minutes for Chairman
- Organizing and maintaining ail office files, preparation and transmission of all documents
- Maintaining a calendar of all office events and notify staff of it.
- Keeping office inventory ledgers and ensure timely supply of office utilities
- And handling other office ancillary matters as would be directed by the Chairman from time to time.
Qualification:
- HND/B. Sc Secretarial Admin/ With upper credit
- A minimum of 5 years cognate experience in the same capacity
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office applications(word, excel, and power point)
- Excellent communication and personal skill
- High capacity for hard work, integrity and self motivation.
Position: Accountant
Job Schedule: (Port Harcourt)
- Coordinating accounts of the parent and sister companies
- Reconciling and controlling the group financial records
- Managing the company cash flow
- Assisting project team with receivable activities and retrieving funds from clients
- Responsible for planning, budget and other accounting activities for projects
- Giving supports for internal and external auditing activities of the companies
- Liaising with business development manager in securing funding for projects and managing same.
- Managing the other investment portfolio of the company
- Handling all tax matters
Qualifications:
- HND/B. Sc Accounting or Economics (ICAN/ACCA membership would be an added advantage)
- ACA
- 3 years post ACA experience in similar capacity
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office application (word, excel, and power point)
- Knowledge of Peachtree accounting package
- Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- High capacity for hard work, integrity and self motivation
- Applicant should be NOT less than 5 or more than 15 years, post-qualification experience
