Position: Head (Marketing & Public Relations) HPA/005
Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Director General and shall be:
- Responsible for the day to day running of the Marketing and Public Relations Department
- Responsible for the study and analysis of needs of potential customers, real estate market etc
- Responsible for preparing studies and analytical reports on results
Qualifications:
- A minimum of Master’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in a similar position in a reputable organization.
- Membership of NIMARK or NIPR will be an added advantage.
Position: Legal Advisor HPA/006
Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Board and shall:
- Function as the Board secretary
- Responsible for the organization of Agency meetings.
- Keep records of the minutes of all meetings, whether by the Board or a Committee of the Board
- Responsible for reviewing and vetting ail legal documents relating to the Agency’s business
- Handle all Legal issues for the agency
Qualifications:
- An LLM with experience in Land Management/ Administration/ Registry.
- Minimum of years experience working with Lands department in government particularly Land Reform initiatives.
- Proficiency in the use of computer technologies for document processing and management.
