Position: General Manager
Summary of role and responsibilities
- To co-ordinate and maximize the hotel’s physical and Human Resources, achieving optimum standards of service and value to hotel guest within profit objectives and in a manner consistent with the company’s philosophy and policies amongst of others.
- Candidate must be a degree holder, with highly level leadership qualities and must have operated in similar capacity for at least 4 years.
Position: Operation Manager
Summary of role and responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will be accountable for seven areas in the organization namely, customer service, managing the operation which involves planning, organizing, and controlling the day to day operation of the hotel.
- He must be a degree holder with at least 4 years experience in similar capacity.
