Position: Procurement Officer
Location: Abuja, Nigeria
Period: Open ended full time position
We are seeking to recruit a Procurement Officer to join a highly professional and experienced procurement team providing a complete procurement and supply chain service to our clients within the public and private sectors and to high profile international aid donors.
The successful applicant should hold the following minimum qualifications and
experience:
- Relevant undergraduate degree
- At least 2 years’ in a procurement rote
- Experience in International and local procurement
- Computer literate in MS Office (MS Excel)
- CIPS certification as well as experience in donor funded agencies will be an advantage.
- Health sector/project experience would be desirable
The procurement officer will report to the Procurement Manager and will be involved in sourcing and tendering process, contract management, managing supplier’s database, procurement planning and other related functions as advised by his or her line manager.
