Position: Management/Admin/Travel Assistant
Location: Abuja
Scope and Responsibilities:
- Registration and distribution all incoming mails after the MD’s approval.
- Copy and Binding of documents coming from Management/Admin. Expats and Life Camp.
- Distribution of documents coming from Management/Admin. Expats and Life Camp.
- Preparation and transmission of mails to Lagos, Benin and Calabar.
- Reception and distribution of mails coming from Lagos, Benin and Calabar.
- Follow up on sundry expenses and Check with Accounts Dept. Related to Management staff or Admin / Travels Depts.
- Preparation and transmission of mails to the Head office.
- Reception and distribution of mails coming from the Head office.
- Administrative tasks, like Preparing envelopes for documents dispatched to all expatriates or to all occupants of the Life Camp.
- The Candidate will be taught his/her complete job in respect of travels (National and International) to enable him/her to take over when necessary.
Qualification:
The Candidate should possess the following:
- A good degree in any Art or Social Science related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years experience as an Admin. Staff.
- Must be rigorous in his/her work.
- Must be able to take some initiative by him/herself.
- Must treat all documents passing through him/her with strict confidentiality.
- Must have a perfect knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet.
- Knowledge of French language will be an added advantage.
