Management/Admin/Travel Assistant in a Construction Industry

We are of the leaders in Construction Industry in Nigeria, and require the services of highly resourceful and self driven individual to occupy this position.

 

Position: Management/Admin/Travel Assistant

 

Location: Abuja

 

Scope and Responsibilities:

  • Registration and distribution all incoming mails after the MD’s approval.
  • Copy and Binding of documents coming from Management/Admin. Expats and Life Camp.
  • Distribution of documents coming from Management/Admin. Expats and Life Camp.
  • Preparation and transmission of mails to Lagos, Benin and Calabar.
  • Reception and distribution of mails coming from Lagos, Benin and Calabar.
  • Follow up on sundry expenses and Check with Accounts Dept.  Related to Management staff or Admin / Travels Depts.
  • Preparation and transmission of mails to the Head office.
  • Reception and distribution of mails coming from the Head office.
  • Administrative tasks, like Preparing envelopes for documents dispatched to all expatriates or to all occupants of the Life Camp.
  • The Candidate will be taught his/her complete job in respect of travels (National and International) to enable him/her to take over when necessary.

 

Qualification:

The Candidate should possess the following:

  • A good degree in any Art or Social Science related discipline.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience as an Admin. Staff.
  • Must be rigorous in his/her work.
  • Must be able to take some initiative by him/herself.
  • Must treat all documents passing through him/her with strict confidentiality.
  • Must have a perfect knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and the Internet.
  • Knowledge of French language will be an added advantage.
