An indigenous Pharmaceutical Company with international affiliations is employing Nurses and Cost Accountants.
Position: Nurses
Roles/Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate and deliver product training, monitor customer installations to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships
- Improve customer satisfaction and retention through continuing customer education
- Support trade shows by performing product demonstration and promotion as well as customer training
- Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies
- Produce well-written post-training reports and provide regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needsQualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Willingness to travel
- Strong presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms
- Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, foreign partners and to team members
- Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)
- Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
- Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
- Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
Position: Cost Accountant
Roles/Responsibilities:
- Monitor revenue of business (Cost analyses and profitability)
- Creating and maintaining a detailed customers’ account analysis database; to set credit policies
- Ageing and collection of debt
- Prepare cost estimates for new products
- Work in special projects as required
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting
- Experience with Accounting software and database management techniques and skills
- Proficiency in Ms Office tools
- Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve
- Team oriented with a customer satisfaction mindset
- Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time
- Strong analytical skills
- Not less than 3 years accounting experience
