Position: Facility Coordinator and Inventory Assistant

 

Location: Abuja

 

The objective of the Facility Coordinator and Inventory Assistant position will be to work as Facility Manager’s Supervisor, serve as Maintenance Personnel and Inventory Assistant for the Country Office Management Unit (COMU). As Facility Manager’s Supervisor, Maintenance Personnel and Inventory Assistant, S/he will verify the complaint of the Facility Manager and present it to the management and supervise any job done by the facility managers, take all staff complaints on the issue of repairs: ensure the servicing of the office generator set and other repairs verify all documents and post for Service Completion, verify all documents for Delivery Acknowledgement.

Position: Driver

 

Location: Abuja

 

The Driver will provide transport support services to all technical program areas and Performs work in the operation of a vehicle to assure safe transportation of clients to and from various destinations arid to assist clients on entry and exit from vehicles as necessary.

 

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up to date records relating to individual vehicles use. Purchase fuel from commercial gas stations, reviews and verifies the accuracy of cash memos and submits them to the finance for payment
  • Ensure all aspects of vehicles policy are being followed and enforced
  • License Class E
  • Demonstrate experience in north central region of Nigeria
  • Minimum of 5 years driving experience with NGOs or corporate organizations in Nigeria
  • Read, speak and write fluent English
  • Good computer skills
  • Reference and Guarantor,
  • West African School Certificate or equivalent
  • Personal Characteristic must include excellent Judgment, communication and problem solving
  • Willingness to travel (50%) within Nigeria regularly as required
  • Experience as a qualified mechanics desired but not required
