Vacancies: Safety Officers, Maintenance/Service Engineers
We are an Oil Servicing and Marine Company with Head Quarters in Rivers State with offices about to open in Lagos and Akwa Ibom states. We have the following vacancies.
Position: Safety Officers
Responsibilities/Duties
1. Primary function is to ensure the assets achieve requirement for safety, compliance with standards, project management systems and associated processes,
2. The job holder will regularly travel offshore to conduct safety briefings and engineering studies.
3. Anticipate, identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices.
4. Conduct Operational Risk Management (ORM) assessment.
5. Help in making an efficient Safety Management System (SMS).
Qualifications
- A Degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Geology, Computer Science, Chemistry or related discipline from a reputable higher institution.
- Must not be more than 27 years.
- 1-2 yrs experience needed
- Skilled in operation of personal computer and peripherals.
- Flexibility for adapting to different work conditions
Position: Maintenance/Service Engineers
Responsibilities/Duties
- Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts
- Performing corrective and preventive maintenance of switch and access equipment
- The job holder will regularly travel offshore to oil and clean machinery and parts, find and fix faults and calibrating instrument.
- manage spares tolls and equipment over haul and replacement
- Understanding the basic principle of risk management and interpreting an offshore
Qualification:
- A Degree or Higher National Diploma in engineering, geological, computer science, chemistry or related discipline from a reputable higher institution must not be more than 27 years
- 1-2 yrs experience needed
- ability to work in remote areas

All positions are based in our Lagos and Uyo offices. Subsequent publications will be for our Warri and Bayelsa offices.
