Position: Head (Business Development)
Functional Requirements:
- Strong management, leadership and relationship management skills
- Selling and Negotiations skills
- Strong execution capabilities -managing budgets
- Ability to work with tight deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Must be a seasoned executive with a strong strategy orientation
Qualification & Expedience
- Possess a relevant first degree
- MBA or a professional qualification in Marketing, Purchasing and Supply and other related discipline would be an added advantage
- At least 15 years of cognate experience, 5 of which must be in a related capacity
Responsibilities:
- Drive business expansion and revenue growth
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts: integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Plan and implement marketing strategy including advertising and public relations.
- Manage relevant reporting of financial information for sales and marketing departments.
- Protect and develop the company’s brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management,
Position: Head (Finance & Accounts)
Functional Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency of relevant Accounting packages
- Knowledge of finance, Accounting, Budgeting, and Cost Control Principles
- A deep understanding of GAAP and IFRS and automated financial and accounting reporting systems
- Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations
- Proven written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification & Expedience
- HND/Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
- Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is an added advantage
- Possession of a professional qualification like ACCA or ICAN
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience, 5 of which should be at a managerial level
Responsibilities:
- Oversee investment and asset management,
- Oversee financing strategies and activities, as well as banking relationships.
- Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization’s operations and business plans.
- Represent the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, foundation executives, auditors, public officials, etc.
- Ensure timeliness, accuracy and usefulness of financial and management reporting for management and board.
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
