Urgent vacancies exist in a Print Media, Outdoor Media and Packaging Company.
Position: Manager (Financial Control)
Functional Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills in using MS Office Suite
- Experience Excel abilities, Word processing and PowerPoint presentation
- Expertise, in Financial, Cost and Management accounting is desirable
- Proficiency of relevant Accounting packages
- Knowledge of finance, accounting budgeting, and cost control principles
- A deep understanding of GAAP and IFRS and automated financial and accounting reporting systems
- Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations
- Possess written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification & Experience
- HND/Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline
- Master’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is an added advantage
- Possession of a professional qualification like ACCA or ICAN
- Minimum of 5 years’ working experience
Responsibilities:
- Develop systems and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of the company’s finances.
- Provide and develop accurate, timely and relevant financial reports and information on the Company’s current and future years’ financial positions including income statement, balance sheet, cash-flow, relevant financial performance ratios, capital expenditure and investment returns.
- Ensure accounting policies comply with the relevant accounting standards and the Company policies are followed.
- Implement cash management controls and forecasts to maximise use of cash resources.
- Ensure that there is effective liaison with external and internal auditors in relation to all financial accounting matters.
Position: Human Resource & Admin Manager

Qualification & Experience
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline from a reputable Higher Institution
- Post-graduate degree in Business Management/Administration (MBA, with Human Resources major) will also be an advantage
- Knowledge & experience of Human Resources
- Usually a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Human Resources and Management
- Professional qualification in treasury management and other related discipline are added advantage e.g. ACIPM, AMNIM
Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement strategy for HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, counselling, pay and conditions, training and development succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development and performance appraisals etc)
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development.
- Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales
- Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary HR development theory, methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organisation.
