Vacancies: Project Accountant, Maintenance Officer
We are a Leading Property Development Company, seeking to recruit resourceful individual who has passion for achieving excellent results for the following positions
Position: Project Accountant
Requirements:
- Must possess a first degree from a recognized University/Polytechnic with a minimum of Second Class Lower (2.2) in relevant subject. ACCA/ICAN Partly qualified will be an advantage and preferred. Candidate must also possess 5 ‘O’ Level Credits inclusive of English and Maths at not more than two sittings.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years cognate experience in Real Estate/Construction sector.
- Must not be older than 35 years of age.
- Thorough knowledge of project accounting and cost saving methods
- Must be detailed and highly analytical
Position: Maintenance Officer
Requirements:
- Must possess an HND in Building Technology, Civil Engineering or Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience or ND in the field above with 3-5 years cognate experience.
- In addition must possess minimum of 5 6 level credits at not more than two sittings.
- Must be detailed, proactive and highly organized
- Must not be older than 35years of age
