Position: General Manager (Operations – Male or Female)
Qualifications
A. Candidate must possess a degree or its equivalent from well recognised university in the world.
B. Candidate must have considerable business experience in the following Hospital diagnostic equipment, including
(1) Radiology
(2) In-vitro laboratory equipment,
(3) Operating theatre, intensive care unit (ICU) and CSSD Equipment.
(4) General Hospital equipment and accessories.
C. Candidate must have considerable administrative and management experience of staff and tools.
D. Candidate must have a good marketing and sales experience in healthcare projects.
E. Candidate must have a good global view of the direction of healthcare worldwide.
Other Requirements
A. Candidate Must Be an Expatriate
B. Age must not be lower than 40 years of age
C. Candidate must have leadership and transformational qualities
Duties
1. General supervision of operational services of the group in healthcare in the following: –
- Marketing
- Sales
- Maintenance
2. Staff supervision in all operational departments to meet sales targets and maintenance of installed equipment.
3. Customer relationship management.
