Vacancies: Catering Supervisor, CAMP BOSS, Cooks (Continental & National) /Bakers/Chef
A Leading Catering Company based in Port Harcourt urgently requires experienced and highly skilled individuals for the following positions:
Position: Catering Supervisor
Qualification:
- Candidates must have HND, OND, B.tech Catering & Hotel Mgt, Food Sc & Tech or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years experience in catering supervision for offshore and onshore facility.
- Computer Proficiency, Knowledge of ERP, Peachtree or other stock control software is an advantage.
Position: CAMP BOSS
Qualification:
- Minimum OND Catering & Hotel Mgt or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years cognate experience in similar position preferably offshore.
- Good knowledge of Daily food cost returns, Inventory and stock control, stock requisition and menu planning.
- Computer proficiency, possession of BOSIET or First aid, Firefighting and Helicopter Underwater escape training certification
Position: Cooks (Continental & National) /Bakers/Chef
Qualification:
- Minimum of SSCE/GCE
- Minimum 6 years experience in Preparation of Continental, National dishes and Pastries/Bakery preferably offshore.
- Possession of BOSIET or First aid, Fire fighting & Helicopter Underwater escape training certification.
