Position: Building Services Engineer
Job Requirements/Qualification
- First degree in any Mechanical & Electrical Building discipline.
- Applicants must also possess at least 3yrs post NYSC experience in the related field.
Job Description:
- Provide field operations support to customers as, regards statutory maintenance in accordance with the terms of the customer contract and Service level agreement (SLA)
- Work with design and project teams in the design, installation and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems
- Organizing and assessing the work of contractors
- Oversee and supervise the installation of equipment, carry out troubleshooting repairs and manage maintenance on completion of project.
Requirements/ Skills:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Must be conversant with and interpret mechanical drawings
- Proficiency in the use of CAD software as well as familiarity with industry specific software and modeling programmes
