Position: Front Desk Executive
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable institution in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field.
- Good office management, secretarial and administration skills.
- Ideal age should be between 25-30 years.
Job Description
- Provide support in the day-to-day office management like facilitating office supplies request for every department
- Assists all walk-in clients, vendors, etc.
- Monitors visitor’s access and issues passes when required by keeping an updated schedule of events and information for visitors.
- Answers all incoming calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards business calls to appropriate personnel/department.
- Receives, sorts and routes business mails by keeping a record of all incoming & out-going correspondence.
Position: Company Secretary & Legal Adviser
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- Good first degree in Law from a reputable institution
- A higher degree or professional qualification such as LLM or ACIS will be an added advantage
- Must have a minimum of 5yrs of proven post call practice experience.
- Must have strong Advocacy skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite-word and excel, /deal age should be between 30-40years.
Job Description
- Provides internal legal advisory services on legal matters related to registration of new companies.
- Provision of a broad range of corporate professional services to the Group.
- Works on legal matters such as new agreements, reviewing existing agreement, etc.
- Ensure compliance with various statutory requirements of the law including procurement and renewal of licenses, agreement e.t.c.
- Provision of other services as may be required from time to time by the Group.
Position: Fast Food Manager – for its Subsidiary Company
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- Good first degree in any discipline and a MBA is ideal.
- Minimum of l0years of relevant working experience in a similar fast food outlet
- Previous experience in branding and opening new outlet in the region is essential
- Operations leadership experience and ability to manage overall operations issues
- Strong negotiation skills
Job Description
- Organizing stock and equipment, ordering supplies and overseeing building maintenance, cleanliness and security
- Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained.
- Devising and marketing promotional campaigns
- Ensuring standards of hygiene are maintained and that the eatery complies with health and safety regulations
- Planning and working to budgets, maximizing profits and achieving sales targets
