Position: Marketing Manager
Location: Ibadan
Job Description:
The key responsibility of Marketing Manager is to develop and implement marketing strategies that create, capture and sustain value in the overall interest of the company and customers.
Other responsibilities are:
- Coordinate the management of wide range of brand portfolios to deliver on market positioning and leadership.
- Provide leadership and management of the marketing department
- Conduct and coordinate Market research
- New products development, price & channel strategies
- New customers acquisition and retention programs
- Vendors and agencies management
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc/HND in Marketing and Related Fields; MBA will be advantage
- Minimum of 5years post NYSC experience, 3 of which would have been spent in Brand Management of successful brand(s) especially in the FMCG industry.
- Strong personality and leadership skills and also a good communicator
- Vast knowledge of new trends in marketing
- Great vision for self and brand with aspiration to leadership
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision & ready to travel at short notices

Position: Corporate Legal Counsel
Location: Lagos
Job Description:
The first main task is to set up the legal unit and be responsible for al legal issues relating to the organisation
Other Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation and liaise with external lawyers
- Provide commercial legal advice and solution for different aspects of the business
- Negotiate, review and draft commercial agreements.
- Manages Company Secretariat functions and Compliance
Qualification and Requirements:
- Second Class Upper Degree in Law and the Nigerian Law School.
- 5 yrs working experience in a reputable Corporate Commercial law firm
- Sound business judgment with problem solving skills
- Must have understanding of laws and practice applicable to companies generally and particularly to those companies operating in Agriculture value chain, proficiency in immigration law inclusive.
- Good understanding of regulatory matters e.g: taxation, trademarks, patents etc.
- Knowledge in commercial laws in middle Africa will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Between 30-32 years
