Finance/Administration Officer in a Reputable Manufacturing Company

 

A Reputable Manufacturing Company and key player in the hospitality industry requires the services of a suitable Accountant to fill the position of:

 

Position: Finance/Administration Officer

 

The Finance/Admin Officer shall report to the Chairman/CEO and have the following key responsibilities:

  • Developing a sound accounting management and administration procedure for the company and ensuring that accounts operations and financial control are prepared and following through with their implementation.
  • Seeing to the daily book keeping functions of the company and promote fiscal discipline and optimum utilization of resources.
  • Ensuring that relevant financial reports are up to date and are presented on time to the Chairman/CEO.
  • Liaising with Banks, Clients and other regulatory bodies and ensuring that the company is up to date with statutory requirements.
  • Performing all other finance and administrative functions within the purview of financial planning, internal control and prudent resource management.

 

 

Qualification:

  • The candidate who should be between the age of 35 and 45
  • Must possess a B.Sc/HND degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Admin or any other numerate discipline from a reputable institution.

 

Experience:

  • Must have minimum of 5years professional experience and demonstrable ability to work with Microsoft Word, Excel and Accounting software will also be required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and good presentation essential.
