Requirements
- Masters degree in HRM or related field
- Membership of relevant professional bodies.
- Proven cognate experience in employee performance Tracking, Evaluation and Management.
- Result-Driven HR Management experience of not less than 10 years at a managerial level.
- Computer proficiency in HRM Packages and Applications
