Vacancies: Project Manager, Architect
A Renowned Furniture Manufacturing and Consulting Outfit situated in Lagos (Victoria Island) urgently require dynamic achievers to help fortify its operational growth and expansion drives.
Position: Project Manager
Qualification/ Experience:
- A University degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division
- Must have at least 7 years in project supervision (civil and architectural)
- High proficiency in computer especially in Microsoft Suite, Auto Card / Arch Card + 3D will be an added advantage
- Must have good knowledge in Architectural drawings,
- Proactive and self-motivated with excellent planning and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and supervise subcontractors and material suppliers.
- Good communication skills
- Must have deep knowledge of construction costs and procurement process.
- Ability ‘to work under pressure.
Position: Architect
Qualification/Experience:
- A University degree in Architecture with a minimum of Second Class Lower
- Must have a good knowledge in architectural drawings and project management.
- High proficiency in computer especially in 2D drawing, Corel draw, Photoshop, 3D package will be an added advantage
- Good communications skills
- Ability to work under pressure
