Position: Fleet Transport Manager
The ideal candidate for this position should have good years of managerial experience working and have good understanding of all relevant legal compliance and fleet controls together with the following requirements
Requirements & Duties
- A good minimum degree in Arts/Sciences together with other relevant post graduate qualifications.
- Ability to charge of the day to day operations of the transport department.
- Efficiently manage a team of drivers and vehicles.
- Ability to take responsible for all transport policies, routing and tracking of delivery vehicles.
- Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures to do with towing etc.
- Managing, monitoring and developing a team of drivers and line managers.
- Making sure that all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced.
- Giving drivers a full debrief, including tacho analysis
- Organizing vehicles checks
- Identifying operational issues, potential problems and opportunities
Position: Marketing Manager
The Ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications abilities and attitudes
Requirement & Duties
- B.Sc in Marketing/English/Mass Communication or any relevant social science discipline (Minimum Degree).
- Other proven professional qualifications will be an added advantage.
- At least 5years working experience in same capacity.
- Excellent communication skill and ability to work independently and take initiatives
- Developing market campaigns that promote a product, service or idea.
- Planning, advertising, public relations, organizing events, products development, distribution, sponsorship and research.
- Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customer’s colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations.
- Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships;
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press (local, regional, national and specialist publications) or on the radio.
- Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletter and DVDs;
- Liaising with designers and printer; organizing photo shoots; arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
- Maintaining and updating customer databases;
- Sourcing and securing sponsorship;
- Conducting market research such as customer questionnaire and focus groups;
- Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies;
- Managing budgets; evaluating marketing campaigns
- Monitoring competitor activity;
- Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues
