Senior Consultants in a Consulting Firm

We are a well known consulting practice with first class strategic alliances, with 6 head offices in Lagos. We are currently seeking self managed and result oriented professionals to fill various positions in the organization’s Lagos, Port Harcourt and Calabar offices.

 

Position: Senior Consultants

Candidates must possess the following qualifications, experience and competencies

  • Ten to fifteen years experience in human resource, learning or financial advisory services.
  • Between three to five years of these must have been in a well structured consulting practice.
  • Strong business development skills with a proven base of high level contacts
  • Experience in proposal/bid preparation
  • Track record of converting prospects to paying clients
  • Experience in consulting project management and implementation
  • Sound people management skills -written or verbal
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Excellent communication skills-written and verbal

 

The successful candidates will be required to drive business within the framework of agreed budgets. They must be proficient in the management of existing and new clients. He/she will also be required to ensure sh6ort turnaround time on projects and deliver creative solutions to meet client requirement
