Our client, a Professional Services Firm with a proven track record of business success for over a decade, seeks to strengthen her team of professionals with specialized skills in the following roles:

 

Positions: Recruitment Associate Ref: Recruit/2013/01

 

Role Description:

The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leader, Recruitment. He/She will be saddled with the responsibility of assisting in the Recruiting/Contract Staffing and Outsourcing Services.

 

 

Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment team in sourcing for potential hires for all positions as requested by clients; Short listing and interviewing prospective candidates for all positions; Assist in drafting standard job description/candidate profile for specific roles; Prepare and publish job ad for specified positions; Work towards targets as requested by client; Regularly enrich firms’ talent pool for possible hire; Manage relationship with clients.

 

Specifications:

Must have a First degree in any discipline; Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in recruitment activities; Familiar with social media and other online recruitment tools; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Familiar with several ATS; Thorough understanding of recruitment for a third party agency.

 

 

Positions: Payroll Administrator – Ref: Payroll/2013/01

 

Role Description:

The ideal candidate would be required to perform payroll administrative functions and should be proficient with Microsoft Excel. Responsibilities include preparation and disbursement of payroll for ALL outsourced staff including timely tax payments.

Responsibilities:

Preparation and processing of payroll in accordance with current Nigerian labor law guidelines/regulations; Ensure payrolls are processed in a timely and accurate manner; Verify that all payroll changes are processed correctly; Work closely with Human Resources and Accounting on all payroll related issues.

 

Specifications:

Must have a First degree from any discipline; Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Intermediate Level); Minimum of 2 years hands on experience preferred; Familiarity with HR Software will be an added advantage
