Vacancies: Electrical Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Electrical Technical Trainer

Due to continuous growth and expansion of our capacity, we are looking to fill the following vacant positions with motivated, dynamic and proactive individuals.
Position: Electrical Engineer
Job Purpose
- To design electrical installations, prepare workshop and As – built drawings as well as operational and maintenance manuals.
Knowledge Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics Engineering; an advanced qualification would be advantageous
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Working knowledge of Engineering drawings and measurements
- Cognate experience in Electrical design and supervision of electrical services installations
Position: Quantity Surveyor
Job Purpose
- To maximize project margin and value addition to the project process through cost management and reporting.
Knowledge Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying; an advanced qualification would be advantageous
- Working knowledge of materials and accessories.
- Proficiency in project management principles & application.
- Knowledge of cost estimation, valuation, cost planning, lifecycle costing, value engineering ,cost benefit analysis etc
- Knowledge of forms of contract and clauses i.e. FIDIC, JBCC etc
- A minimum of 5 years post graduate work experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Position: Electrical Technical Trainer
Job Purpose
- To prepare, conduct, and evaluate electrical technical training programs. Write literature and materials to be used in programs and design exercises to enhance lectures and workshop instruction.
Knowledge Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; an advanced degree would be advantageous.
- A minimum of five years of developing, delivering, and improving training as well as technical writing in an engineering environment experience is required.
- Experience working with field support engineering is preferred.
Required Skills and Ability:
- All applicants must possess effective communication, time management, planning, good leadership and team playing skills. Furthermore, suitable candidates must be proficient in the use of computers and also have excellent working knowledge of Windows and other database programs.
