FRESCO PLC is a leading agro-allied company engaged in the cultivation of oil palms and the processing of vegetable oils and fats and other by-products. We have about 12.000 hectares planted with oil palms and employ more than 2,100 workers at Obaretin, Cowan and Ologbo Estates in Edo and Delta States.
Position: Management Accountant
Requirements:
- B.Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Must possess professional accounting qualification ACA, ACCA, etc.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years o f relevant plantation experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for official reporting
- Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems is required.
- Financial and Management Accounting technical skills and Excel spreadsheets skills essential.
- Must be energetic, self-motivated yet a strong team player with positive attitude and Highest integrity is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Deputize for the Chief Accountant and Chief Finance Officer in various tasks as needed.
- IFRS Reporting
- Budget and Forecasting
- Develop Capabilities of accounts team.
- Follow up tax issues.
