Oxfam in Nigeria seeks to hire a Human Resource Officer to provide HR advice and support to the Country Programme Office on the full range of employment issues, interpret corporate strategy, contribute to the development of the national HR strategy as well as in the design and implementation of operational plans to enhance the organization’s performance through its people.
