Our client, a leading manufacturer of power and instrumentation cables in the West African sub-region, is seeking the services of an experienced professional as HR Manager to take ownership of issues relating to the effective management of the human capital of the organisation towards enhanced productivity.
Position: HR Manager
Qualification:
- A bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences, good working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law, cognate manufacturing industry experience (8+ years) and computer literacy are minimum requirements for this role.
- Proven ability of Industrial relations competence, excellent interpersonal relationship skills and maturity will count in favour of the preferred candidate.
- Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria will be an added advantage.
