Our Client, a leading Nigerian independent integrated energy company, currently playing in the downstream sector of the Petroleum Industry now wishes to set up an E&P Company with the aim of acquiring, developing and producing oil & gas assets safely and efficiently for the benefits of all stakeholders. Job Title: Production Manager

- Operationally proficient in managing onshore/offshore production operations and surface facilities.
- Effective team player, leader and communicator that is results driven, but places high value on safety; the environment; and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science or Engineering Discipline.
- A Post Graduate degree would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of industry experience is required, with emphasis on Production Operations and Engineering.
Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Job Ref: ASP12
- Demonstrated understanding of industry dynamics in relation to staffing, talent management, organization effectiveness and external issues and interpret the trends broadly to ensure the Business/Function meets short/longer-term objectives.
- Minimum of First Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent.
- A Post Graduate would be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years’ Experience in similar position within the upstream sector of an Oil and Gas and must be CIPM or CIPD certified.
