Job Title:   Production Manager       

Job Ref: ASP11

• Operationally proficient in managing onshore/offshore production operations and surface facilities.
• Effective team player, leader and communicator that is results driven, but places high value on safety; the environment; and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science or Engineering Discipline.
• A Post Graduate degree would be an added advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of industry experience is required, with emphasis on Production Operations and Engineering.

Job Title: Human Resources Manager       

Job Ref: ASP12

• Demonstrated understanding of industry dynamics in relation to staffing, talent management, organization effectiveness and external issues and interpret the trends broadly to ensure the Business/Function meets short/longer-term objectives.
• Minimum of First Degree in Social Sciences or equivalent.
• A Post Graduate would be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years’ Experience in similar position within the upstream sector of an Oil and Gas and must be CIPM or CIPD certified.
