Position: Software Support Officer
Qualification
- Degree in IT/Electrical/Electronics
- Solid knowledge of Unix and Linux
- Extensive experience in SQL scripting
- Informix Database knowledge advantageous
- Be willing to perform after hours and stand by work;
- Good communication skills
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience in a software support environment
Position: Hardware Support Officer
Qualification
- NQF4 with electrical as main subject or equivalent qualification
- A+
- N+ will be an advantage
- Good communication skills
- Be willing to perform after hours and stand by work
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience in a hardware support environment
