Our client, a Newly Established Company with interest in Importation, Construction, School and Manufacturing, with office on Victoria Island Lekki axis. In view of their ongoing expansion, vacancies exist for the following positions:
Position: Administrative Manager-103
Job Description
- She/he shall organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office.
Skills Set/Qualifications
- He must possess among other things, the following skills: organized, planning and good negotiating skills, proficient in the use of Microsoft office suites.
- He must be a graduate of Business administration or any Social Sciences (B.Sc/HND) with minimum of second class upper or upper credit.
- Minimum of 5 years post NYSC relevant experience.

Position: Office Secretary-104
Job Description
He/she shall provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information.
Skills Set/Qualifications
- She/tie must possess among other things, the following skills: good typing speed, proven experience in information and communication management, knowledge and experience of relevant software applications – spreadsheets, word processing, and database management
- Must be a graduate of Secretarial Administration/ office management (B.Sc/HND) with minimum of second class upper or upper credit.
- Minimum of 3 years post NYSC relevant experience
- Possession of relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
