Position: Senior Tool Pusher
Report to: Snr. Tool Pusher
Job Description Experience:
- Coordinates the activities on the rig.
- Liaise with company man and execute the drilling programme
- Liaise with Base for daily operations report.
- Coordinate the overall safety of personnel and equipment
- Ensure that the rig is in good working condition
- 15 years relevant experience with 5 years in similar position
- Relevant Degree or equivalent.
- Valid IVVCF
Position: Tour Pusher
Report to: Snr. Tool Pusher
Job Description Experience:
- Supervises and trains the drilling crew.
- Assist the tool pusher
- Prepare BHAs
- Coordinate the rig operations support staff.
- 10 years relevant experience.
- Valid IVVCF.
Position: Drillers
Report to: Snr. Tool Pusher
Job Description Experience:
- Reports directly to the tour pusher and indirectly to the tool pusher
- Responsible for the operation of the drill floor including draw works mud circulating system rotary system compensator equipment and BOP equipment.
- Assist in managing the Rig as a profit and performance independent unit while delivering value drilling services to the customers.
- Ensure that the rig performance shall exceed the industry benchmarks and operating costs shall be controlled and minimized while developing employee job satisfaction at all levels
- Must possess at least 5 years experience in rig operations onshore and/or Offshore
- He shall have an experience of Assistant driller for at least 2 years.
- Minimum diploma in Engineering or any equivalent qualification.
- Possess valid IVVCF certification.
Position: Asst Drillers
Report to: Driller
Job Description Experience:
- Responsible for organizing and supervising the jobs on the drill floor in the derrick. In the chilling mud mixing /storage area and in the mud pump room area as well as assisting the technical department in carrying cut the first-line maintenance of equipment in these areas.
- Assist the Driller during round trips
- 5 years relevant experience with 2 years in similar position.
- Valid IVVCF certification.
