Position: Senior & Layout Inspection Engineer NMT/R/SUE
(QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL)
Job Description
- To facilitate speed in sample inspection and product development.
- Document information by entering transcribing, recording, maintaining information in written or electronic magnetic form
- Monitor and review information from materials, events and the environment to detect or assess problems -Evaluate information to determine compliance with standards
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5 years experience in Sample
- Inspection & Layout Inspection from ISO 9001:2008 Certified engineering firm or related industry.
- Exposure to any of the following system documentations: 5S, KAIZEN, POKAYOKE, CAPA, 8D, & 7QC TOOLS, PPAP, Control Plan, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and Calibration will be preferred.
Position: In Process Inspection Engineer (Foundry): NMT/R/IRE/F
(QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL)
Job Description
- Ensure reduction in rejection percentage by Quality Control at in process stage and final inspection stage
- Ensure foundry products comply with all associated quality procedures, control plans and quality management system requirements during in process and final stage
- Document inspections on pre-made inspection reports
- Perform first place inspections to approve manufacturing set-ups Maintain quality trace-ability information for foundry products
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Metallurgical Engineering with 5 years experience of in process, Sample Inspection & Layout Inspection, PDIR, Dock Audit process monitoring & Control from ISO 9001:2008 Certified engineering firm or similar industry.
- Exposure to Final inspection PDIR, Dock Audit maintaining system records documentation and related processes to the following: 5S, KAIZEN, POKAYOKE, CAPA, and 7QC TOOLS will be preferred.
